The paper considers basic factors, which influence the type of mathematic model of optical spherical measuring converter. This converter is the main element of the system for control of the ecological parameters of microclimate of dwellings where gas equipment is installed. As a result of investigation values of factors providing the maximum sensitivity and accuracy of measurements are obtained.

The method of measuring the efficiency of screening materials, used for protection of biological objects, including man, against microwave radiation, is considered in the paper. New structural solutions, which allow to realize the accurate measurement of reflectivity factor of screening material and throughput power, that defines its protective properties are suggested.

The structure and principle of functioning of the computer-based measuring system of diagnostics of normal and pathological biological tissues states is considered. The specialized software for operation control of the system and preliminary data processing is developed. The spectra of diffuse reflection of normal and pathological biological tissues in different groups of recipients are investigated.

The paper considers the problem dealing with determination of the basic parameters of petroleum derivatives, which influence the state of environment during combustion of fuel in internal combustion engines. The principle of operation has been analyzed , block diagrams of means of the automated control for determination of general content of sulphur compounds and mechanical impurities of petroleum are suggested, possibilities of spectral analyzers for determination of octane value of petroleum derivatives according to spectra of their absorption, dispersion and transmission in infra-red area are described.

The cost estimation of the necessary fertility components is realized. The propositions aimed at soils ecological condition improvement are elaborated.

The implementation of bioconveyer plant for treatment of liquid toxic wastes of MARKOKHIM Ltd company is described in the paper. Pilot plant was constructed; research were carried out representing pollutants concentration variation while plant operation. It was shown that COD rate decreased in aerobic section from 1700 tî 1014 mg/l and in anoxic - from 1896 tî 634 mg/l; ammonia concentration decreased in aerobic section from 740 tî 610 mg/l and in anoxic - from 680 tî 249 mg/l.

New technological scheme of recycling of residuals of chlorinecontained pesticides is offered which comprises the following stages: removal of chlorine from organic compound, which is the base of pesticide preparation. It is recommended before the beginning of recycling to determine by means of physical-chemical methods of the analysis the type of organic compound, which is the basis of pesticide preparation and presence of chlorine in order to select the optimum technological method of pesticides recycling. It is will enable to recycle the residuals of chlorinecontained pesticides and prevent the emission in the atmosphere of toxic substances.

Mathematical models of treatment processes are proposed, by example of electrocoagulator, that allows to design wastewater treatment systems The procedure of synthesis of distributed effluent treatment systems is developed on the basis of the conceptual methods and nonlinear programming with. It is shown, that decentralized treatment systems possess a number of advantages in comparison with existing treatment networks of industrial plants.

The results of the experiments have shown that microwave radiation even of low intensity can result both the enhancing, and decreasing of biochemical reactions. Oscillatory chemical reactions play an important role in living organisms' function. As it was found, as a result of influence of magnetic field on such system besides the decrease of oscillation, the change of the amplitude and reduction of induction period of reaction takes place. In all the cases it leads to distortion of functioning of human organism and can provoke diseases. Especially it concerns children, pregnant women, people suffering the diseases of central nervous system, hormonal, cardiovascular diseases, people with weak immune system.

Complex processing of phosphate ores by sulphates and hydrosulphates of alkaline metals enables to expand raw base at the expense of usage of balance phosphate ores and eliminate formation of non-soluble wastes. The obtained complex mineral fertilizers by the offered method can be used on any soils without restriction of types of agricultural crops.

Òhe results of the monitoring of radionuclide contamination of soils and plants of the western part of Shatsk National Natural Park (ShNNP, Volyn region, Ukraine) territory performed during 1994-2005 are presented. Based on the experimental results, the map of 137Cs density contamination of soils at the investigated territory has been constructed. The investigation of 137Cs vertical distribution profiles in different kinds of soils of the park and the forecasting of its distribution changes on the depth up to 50 cm for the soil of the Park for the next 100 years have been performed.

The hierarchic system of microbiol characteristics for monitoring of soils is presented in this paper. It is based on microorganisms which are sensitive to conditions of environment and their physiological and biochemical activity at various level of their organization: precell, cell, population and cenosis. Mathematical models have been constructed according to experimental data describing changes in population of microorganisms as depending on a number of ecological factors and presence of heavy metals in the soil. It was used the interactive system ASTRID based on the Group Method of Data Handling. Perspectiveness of inductive approach to modeling of microbiological processes in a soil is shown.

The most valuable aquatoriums are determined within the limits of Dzhankoy District; basic threats for biodiversity of the hydroecological systems are revealed, possible trends of biosenozed development are analyzed, urgent measures aimed at improvement of biodiversity control within the limits of Dzhankoy District are proposed.

The analysis, physical and chemical research of used automobile catalysts were conducted. The average content of metals of platinum group (MPG) in catalysts of different types was determined and the methods of their utilization are investigated. The variants of recurrent-use of extracted MPG for obtaining new automobile catalysts are suggested.
Influence of the degree of grinding shallow of used motor-car catalysts on output of metals of platinum group (MPG) using hydrometallurgical method has been investigated. It is established, that efficiency of the acid extraction of MPG grows with decrease of grinded particles size.

Influence of technology of highly concentrated coal-sludge suspensions production on their rheological characteristics and granulometry composition has been investigated. The best production mode has been found and possibility of using of the highly concentrated coal-refining sludges as recycle energy source was shown.

Modernized schemes of steam gas-turbine installations, which use heat obtained from burning of solid fuel, for operation of gas portion are described. Thus, due to increase of the amount of generated energy or increase of total capacity, the volume of emission in the atmosphere decreases as a result of burning of lager amount of solid fuel.

The paper considers economic-mathematical and ecological-power aspects of dry mass usage as alternative source of energy in Ukraine, in particular in Vinnitsa region on the example of straw . The conclusion is proved that burning of dry biomass in modern highly effective boilers will solve the problem heat-supply of settlements of Podolsk region.

Methodology for estimating of aggregated risk of various ecological activities and pollution sources was developed. The rate of risk is calculated as a product of risk level r and grade of significance level i. Both factors r and i are expressed by the 11-level scale of quality, which is defined in triangular of fuzzy numbers (TFN). A model of aggregated risk of three-stage hierarchical structure was developed for grouping of risk elements. The method of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used to group them. The developed methodology is applied to study of aggregative ecological risk of manufacture of sulphuric acid. Proposed approach was implemented in program system by means the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox of MatLab.

In the paper the process and problems of implementation of the method allowing to estimate the influence of objects of economic activity on the environment are considered under the extreme situations. In particular the estimation of potential hazardous level of industrial enterprise and possible harm results is presented in case of the accident. This will allow to investigate the level of danger of the industrial enterprises and to create a complete picture of technogenic dangers for regions in order to take necessary measures aimed of reduction of danger level.

The paper is dedicated to development of software package automatizing the process of contaminants emission parameters on-site determination. The results of comparative analysis of mobile computing devices according to relevant criteria are presented. The developed software processes speed measurements calculations, volume throughput of gas-dust flow, volume throughput within suspended solid matters sampling and calculation of sample passport data from test record sheet of contaminants content in emissions of fuel consumption equipment. During the current year the developed software package is scheduled for implementation to all regional state ecology inspections of Ukraine as part of subsystem "Emissions" of ACS "EcoInspector".

The present paper is dedicated to the problem of control of anthropogenic pollution of surface water. The developed automatic system of analytic departments of State Ecologic Inspection and analytical subdivisions of regional agencies of the Ministry of Nature of Ukraine is characterized. The created software allows to increase the efficiency of gathering and processing the data of control of sewage and state of surface water in Ukraine, also increase the correctness of reports and their correspondence with the regulations, which act in Ukraine. In time it allows to form the unified database of the water state for the analysis and their dynamics forecasting.

The paper is dedicated to the development of subsystem "Emissions" of ACS "Ecoinspector", which is the means of ecologic inspectors work automation during conducting of chemical and analytic control of stationary sources of emissions of all branches of industry and to provide the consistency of all official regulations, also when appropriate calculations are conducting using the methods of measuring execution of polluting substances. Additional modules of subsystem "Emissions", which allows to fulfill the routine calculations accompanying the samples selection within the field conditions are realized. The created software allows to increase the efficiency of gathering and emissions control data processing in Ukraine, also improve the correctness of accounts and their correspondence to the demands which act in Ukraine. In time it allows to form the unite database of the emissions for their analysis and dynamics forecasting.

It is based on the using of alternatives hierarchical goal estimation, i.e. on determination of relative coefficients of any project realization influence on the ability to reach the main goal - effective management. To determine these indices the decomposition of the main goal and the formation by experts' goal hierarchy are performed.

Method aimed at increase of efficiency of industrial wastes transport to the places of their storage and utilization at the expense of their compaction factor increase in the bins of specialized garbage-removal truck. Increase of compaction degree can be achieved as a result of application of vibrating presses equipped with hydraulic drive. The paper presents the description and principle of operation of vibrating presses, results of hydraulic press tests and optimization of its parameters, which can be used at the stage of design of similar equipment.
